New York Real Property Law section 442-h requires us to publish standard operating procedures that list the prerequisites prospective homebuyers must meet prior to receiving any real estate services from us. Accordingly, please see the following:
(i) We do not require prospective clients to show identification.
(ii) We do not require an exclusive broker agreement.
(iii) We do not require pre-approval if a mortgage loan is required, unless the seller requires this.
